Sam D. Bernard, PhD is the Founder and Owner of Bernard & Associates, P.C. He is an independent practitioner within psychology. He makes all of his own appointments and collects fees associated with his services only.

Joseph H. Walker, MBA is the Treasurer for Bernard & Associates, P.C. Joe provides practice management services from the business perspective only. 

All Associates are considered INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONERS and are considered contractors with Bernard & Associates PC for special projects only. They maintain their own private counseling practices, may participate in "consultation groups" with other associates, maintain their own malpractice insurance, make their own appointments, and collect their own service fees from their clients. They may utilize forms similar to those of Bernard & Associates, P.C.
